Writing

“What is painful” is the sense of separation from Wholeness, Prosperity, separation from a direct sense of the fullness of life in this and every moment. Seems to me that everybody, even the saints and sages, suffers, to greater or lesser degree, in one moment or another, this pain of a sense of separation. Let’s write about it, honestly, with each other, and let the healing begin.

Would of course be interested to know how you personally use writing as a “method” for healing.
